About the Founder

Apostle Betty J. Christmas

Meet Betty “BJ” Christmas. She is an anointed and gifted woman of God. Born with a purpose, for a purpose on purpose, in purpose for His purpose for such a time as this.
She studied and received her B.A. Degree in Psychology, with a minor in Sociology from Winston-Salem State University. She is a graduate from the Jehovah-Jireh Bible College, receiving a certificate of Biblical Studies. She holds Masters in Human Services, with a focus on Marriage & Family Counseling from Liberty University, and a B.A. of Divinity.
In 2005, BJ founded Butterfly Ministries4u, Inc. (BFM4u), a 501c3 Non-Profit Organization. Using her gifts of writing and speaking, BJ presents messages that are both inspirational and transformational through the gift of BFM4u. With insights from Gods’ Word, humor and a purpose driven heart, she often communicates lessons learned on her own journey of faith. A survivor of childhood molestation and young adult mental abuse, she has a deep passion to reach out to others who have gone through or who are going through these diversions. Her ultimate desire is to encourage, inspire and help transform others to walk in their purpose driven life.
BJ relocated from Newark, NJ to Charlotte, North Carolina in 2012. She was a faithful member of Jehovah-Jireh Praise & Worship Church Center (JJPWCC), “The Place of Unique Worship Experiences”, located in Newark, New Jersey, under the awesome and anointed leadership of its Pastor, Bishop Rudy V. & Lady Linda L. Carlton. Min. BJ has the gift of Administration and has served her church as a Trustee on the Trustee Ministry. She introduced and served as Ministry Leader for Angel Food Ministries, a community outreach discounted food program. She also served as Church Announcer, an Intercessor and as Ministry Leader to what is a true passion - The Daughters of Promise Women's Ministry. She along with her husband were Covenant Partners with Mt. Sinai Baptist Church, located in Mt. Holly, NC, under the leadership of Its Pastor A.T. and Lady Alexis Pearson, and served as one of its Associate Ministers.
Betty J. had a personal visitation from the Lord at the age of 12. During this visitation He told her she had be chosen to to do His work in the earth. From that moment on, she knew she was different. Gifted with great Faith, Prophetic dreams, Speaking and Writing, it would take her years to officially become licensed to preach. It would be 2013 when she would stand publicly and deliver her initial sermon, “I’m Still Here” at Jehovah-Jireh Praise & Worship Church Center under the leadership of Bishop Rudy V. Carlton, in Newark, NJ. She would then go on to be Ordained in March 2022.
BJ currently resides in Mt. Holly, NC and married gift of a husband, Keith, on November 25, 2015. With him, she declares that she really does have Christmas every day.
With an Apostolic Anointing, Betty J. has been chosen by the Lord to be an Apostle to go wherever He sends her to assist Pastors with planting and establishing churches, and sharing the good news of the gospel throughout the world. Her ultimate desire is to encourage, inspire and help transform others to walk in their purpose driven life.
Min. BJ has a love for Gods' word, but has found strength and encouragement through her various trials, tribulations and victories in what has become one of her favorite scriptures, Romans 8:28 "And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose."
